CFO Roundtable
About the
Program
This is an invitation-only series of quarterly
seminars designed by and for CFOs and other
Senior Finance Executives on topics relevant to
the CFO community. The Program and its events
facilitate regionally driven, peer-to-peer
discussions that deliver real-time, practical
value. The
interactive, collaborative format engages
attendees and fuels new ideas to drive business
performance, as well as building meaningful
relationships within the CFO community.

Program Success
The CFO Roundtable
Program launched in the Atlanta market in June
2005. In partnership with the University of
Georgia's Terry College of Business, twelve
events have been held to date. The quarterly
sessions have been attended by more than 370
CFOs and Senior Finance Executives. Following
Atlanta's success, the Program is expanding to
select markets nationally and internationally,
including Toronto.

Program Format
In addition to

The Richard Ivey School of Business and

Coopers are core sponsors.
Panelists who are considered experts in their
fields relative to the selected topic, will
participate in the Q & A format under the
direction of a moderator. The moderator will
discuss the list of potential questions with
each panelist in advance of the event.

Quarterly Programs
As an
invitation-only series, all events are attended
by qualified CFOs and senior finance executives.
Two hour, content-rich sessions include high
caliber panelists to draw maximum attendance.
Attendees receive an event day binder including
Executive Briefing on the topic and
