The Alumni Class Liaison Network was launched by the Ivey Alumni Association Board of Directors because they firmly believe that the key to stimulating greater involvement from alumni is by building upon the key relationships that graduates developed while at the School.
The role of the Alumni Class Liaison is to serve as a central contact for classmates to receive and disseminate information. Recruiting reunion committee volunteers, promoting participation in class reunions, and acting as a conduit to encourage and gather class notes for Intouch are the key elements to this position.
As an Alumni Class Liaison, one has the benefit of both reminiscing and networking with your old classmates and assisting the School in continuing to deliver first-class programs and events for alumni. In addition, Alumni Class Liaisons are part of Ivey’s special volunteers, receiving special news updates from the Dean. Class Liaisons are profiled in each issue of Ivey’s alumni magazine, Intouch.
