Cross-Enterprise Leadership
is more than an intriguing academic concept. It’s a new way
of organizing and delivering management education that will
revolutionize every aspect of Ivey’s operation. We are
literally reinventing this 83-year-old icon of
business education and restructuring our School
to address the new organization-wide demands
that confront conventional thinking.
- Our flagship MBA program will be transformed into an
intense one-year learning experience focused on the capabilities
required for Cross-Enterprise Leadership. The program will
move to Spencer Conference Centre, Ivey’s premier learning
facility located just minutes from the School’s main campus
in London, Ontario, Canada.
- Our undergraduate HBA program, already one of the best
in the world, will adopt the Cross-Enterprise Leadership
focus, and broaden its reach to admit students from across
Canada and around the world.
- Ivey’s Executive programs and Executive MBA, historically
based around solving cross-functional issues, will be further
strengthened with Cross-Enterprise Leadership.

Research and case writing activities will be
focused around four key
Cross-Enterprise
Leadership Centres: Building Sustainable
Value; Engaging Emerging Markets; Driving
Growth Through Entrepreneurship and
Innovation; Leading Cross Enterprise.
