At the heart of the Ivey learning experience is a commitment to developing leaders with the judgment and confidence to tackle the most complex business issues. Cross-Enterprise Leadership ensures Ivey students develop essential analytical and decision-making skills, while learning to manage risk and create opportunities within the context of the entire enterprise, and its often complex web of relationships and environments in the 21st century.
History of Cross-Enterprise Leadership
In September 2005, Ivey introduced a new model for business education that recognized and encompassed fundamental changes in the business world due to globalization and technological advances and their impact on the role of the "general manager."
