Develop your leadership skills to improve your organization's performance.
The Ivey Leadership Program is based on the assumption that leadership is far more than a matter of style; it's about getting results, over the long-term, for all stakeholders. Building on your experience and the analysis of your strengths and weaknesses, the program will help you develop your leadership skills, insight and judgment required to make the shift from managing to leading people in your organization.
