Christopher Williams is Assistant Professor of International Business at the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Dr. Williams has two decades industry experience in international firms, mainly in information systems and innovation projects. Originally from the UK, Dr. Williams has also lived and worked in Germany and The Netherlands. Prior to joining Richard Ivey School of Business in 2010, he spent three years as Assistant Professor of Strategy at Amsterdam Business School. His research falls into the broad areas of entrepreneurship and organization in multinational enterprises, managing offshore outsourcing and the transition of knowledge-intensive work overseas, and national systems of innovation. Dr. Williams' work appears in Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, Journal of World Business, International Business Review, Information Systems Journal, R&D Management and Journal of International Management.
