Prior to joining the school, Dino was an operations consultant with Ernst & Young Management Consulting specializing in Lean Manufacturing and Entrepreneurial Markets. As the major accounting firms moved-away from management consulting, Dino started his own Management Consulting Business which he continues to operate to maintain relevance in the classroom. Dino has consulted extensively in Automotive and High Technology industries and has worked in Canada, USA, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Northern Ireland, and Italy.
Dino's interests are primarily teaching. His research interests are diverse but tend to focus on operational cultures and their fit with operations strategy.
