Fuad joined the finance faculty at Ivey in 2011 after teaching 3 years at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.  During his time at Rotman, Fuad taught the core Corporate Finance course to undergraduate students and the Options and Futures Markets elective in the MBA and Undergraduate programs.

Prior to his MBA and PhD from Ivey, Fuad was an Assistant Vice President at ABN AMRO N.V. in Karachi Pakistan.  He started his career in the corporate bank, handling global and local corporate relationships for the bank.  Over time, he handled some of the major revenue generating relationships at ABN AMRO Pakistan as well as the largest bad loan portfolio for the bank. After his time in corporate banking, Fuad moved to the Investment Banking Unit at the bank where he initiated and executed corporate advisory, fixed income and privatization transactions.

Fuad's research interests are in the area of banking and risk management.  His thesis focused on the credit derivatives market and tested market and model efficiency using different measures.
