Richard is currently working on a sourcebook of primary and secondary texts for understanding the many private professional and religious associations in Greco-Roman antiquity (Baylor University Press, Spring 2012). The book will include English translations of about 300 inscriptions and papyri documents that convey aspects of how these groups organized, who comprised their primary membership, and their political and economic position in the Roman empire. A more technical set of 3 volumes of Greek and Latin texts and translations, along with commentary, will be published by de Gruyter (Germany) over the next couple of years.
