When does the next MSc Program start? Is there a Fall term start date?
We do not offer a Fall start, our classes commence at the start of every calendar year, in January.
How long does the MSc Program take?
The MSc Program is a 16-month program that cycles through 4 terms as outlined in our International Business (IB) and CEMS MIM options
Answers to many of our frequently asked questions can be found in the 'Instructions' document in the 'Key Info' section of the application.
What is the process for the
on-line application?
The electronic application procedure consists of two parts:
What do I do if I have technical issues when completing the Ivey MSc on-line application?
Contact the Ivey Business School's Information Technology Group - at itcenter@ivey.uwo.ca or call (519) 661-4196 during office hours.
Who should I contact if I have non-technical questions filling out the Ivey MSc on-line application?
Contact the Ivey MSc Program Office at MSc@ivey.uwo.ca or call (519) 661-2010 during office hours.
I understand I need a laptop for the Ivey MSc program. What type of laptop do I need?
The specifications required for your laptop are listed at www.ivey.uwo.ca/itcenter/studentnew/support/notebookspecs.htm
What type of calculator will I need?
Each computer is equipped with both a calculator and Excel program which can be used instead of an actual calculator. Most students use these instead of handheld calculators.
I will be entering Ivey's MSc Program and was reading up on your requirements/suggestions for laptops. I noticed that you suggest Microsoft Office Professional. On my laptop I currently have the student version of Microsoft Office, which does not include Microsoft Access.
It is unlikely that you will need ACCESS during the Ivey MSc program. Wait until you are here in the program to see if it is necessary to upgrade your software package.
"This degree addresses the need for a new breed of manager - one who not only understands best practice but can assess how innovation and changing best practice affect international management."
- Darren Meister, Faculty Director of Ivey's MSc Program.
