Professor David Sparling explains how Canadians can benefit from the lower loonie

Professor David Sparling spoke with a reporter from the Canadian Press about how a lower Canadian dollar isn't entirely a bad sign.

“Companies used [time when the dollar is down] to purchase new equipment in order to stay in business and cut costs to become more efficient. With the loonie starting to drop again, hopefully we can use that to our advantage and hopefully this will bring more business to Canada.” Sparling said.
