Originally from Los Angeles, Marketing Lecturer Raymond Pirouz shares his thoughts on Black Friday in Canada versus the U.S.

He told the London Free Press that where a Canadian might look at a sale on big-ticket items such as flat-screen TVs and think, “I already have one, I don’t need another for a few years,” an American would say, “If flat-screen TVs are on sale, I’ll get an extra one for my bedroom or kitchen.”
