BACKGROUND
David Kunsch has held senior roles in the legal, environmental, and business sectors for close to twenty years. David began his professional career as a litigation attorney specializing in corporate and environmental issues. Building on this legal experience and his background as an environmental engineer, he then moved to Westcoast Energy, serving as senior counsel with responsibility for their Eastern Canada operations.& Joining 3M, an international, multi-billion dollar corporation, David first served as in-house counsel for major sections of the company. As a result of his strong business experience, David was then asked to run marketing, sales, and technical groups in a number of divisions within the company.
David has led strategic planning and execution at the national and international levels, including mergers and acquisitions and divestitures. He has also been involved in many aspects of environmental and corporate legal issues, both in the prosecution and defence of environmental issues.
