PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Before joining the PhD program, Karin worked at senior levels the in Ontario government at a number of key ministries including Health and Long-Term Care, Environment, Transportation, Attorney General, and Municipal Affairs and Housing. After leaving government, Karin served as a senior public affairs, corporate communications and crisis management consultant at two Toronto-based firms where she worked with private sector, public sector and not-for-profit clients, primarily in the health care and environmental sectors.
