Interview at Ivey

Let Us Take the Hassle out of On-Campus Interviewing!

For corporate partners that post positions through the Ivey job board, the option exists to interview candidates at our convenient facilities on-campus.

The process is simple. We ask that you submit your short-list of candidates to Career Management a minimum of five business days prior to the interview date.

This helps students manage their schedules and ensures the most successful interview day possible.

Interview Planning Checklist


  • Interview format:
    • Standard (1 interview per candidate, 1 room)
    • Back to back (1 candidate, 2 interviews)
    • Other (specify)
  • Interview start time
  • Duration of interview
  • Name of interviewers
  • Alternative list of 5 candidates in order of preference (optional)
