Alicia Saint has 25 years of leadership, team development, facilitation and change management experience. Alicia has a breadth of senior leadership experience across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Mergers & Acquisitions. Alicia brings this depth of business and leadership experience to her coaching.

Alicia is a trusted thought partner who works with her clients to uncover their potential and passion for designing their “purpose-full” leadership vision. This customized approach creates sustainable change for her clients, teams, organization, and life. Alicia is a certified team coach, leveraging her extensive experience leading teams during her corporate career.

Alicia is President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Toronto Chapter, one of the largest chapters globally. Alicia leverages this first-hand experience in her coaching practice to help leaders navigate the VUCA world of leadership.

Alicia is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Women.Lead.Now., a leadership masterclass. This unique leadership program combines teaching, 1:1 coaching and group coaching to accelerate women’s leadership development and advance equity and diversity in the workplace.

Alicia has her ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation and is a graduate of Alder School of Psychology and Coaching. TILT365® certified Individual and Team Agility coach. ACE certified in executive coaching by David Peterson and David Goldsmith and a LIFT IVEY Academy Certified coach.  Alicia has a Business degree from Western Ontario university.
