Manon Dulude

Manon Dulude, PhD, RP, PCC, is a seasoned registered psychotherapist (RP),  Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Core Member of the Ivey Academy Coaching Network.  She has more than thirty years’ experience in the field of human development.  With the completion of her Doctorate degree (PhD) in Human Development and Coaching in 2012, Manon brings a special expertise in brief solution-focused coaching.

As a coach, Manon has work in a variety of sectors, including financial, crown corporation, federal government, scientific research, small and medium enterprises, family-owned businesses, non-profits, and education.  She works with leaders, groups and/or teams who wish to enhance their executive presence, improve their ability to manage volatility, unpredictability, complexity, and ambiguity, and develop their critical thinking. By engaging in coaching with Manon, leaders and teams become more resilient, agile, and effective in executing change.  

Manon is an active member of the International Coaching Federation. She is a Credentialling Assessor and a Mentor Coach. She is a professionally certified with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, 2005 to present, and a Certified Professional Coach with International Coach Federation, 2006 to present.
