Victoria Eastwood

Victoria is a certified professional coach with over 10 years of experience who has coached over 400 leaders at all levels, including CEO, CFOs, CTOs, SVPs, VPs and directors. She enables leaders to effectively define and execute on strategic initiatives, address corporate culture, and develop the right behaviours to create change. She works with clients adjusting to new roles with greater responsibility to create sustainable impact quickly. She also assists clients to overcome systemic biases that stand in their way of success and promotion.

Victoria has coached senior leadership teams, business teams and technical teams, achieving their desired results quickly and often exceeding expectations. She has also facilitated coaching training, served as a mentor coach, and has created a smart phone application that teaches coaching skills.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Victoria had a successful career as an IT Executive. As the VP of Engineering at four software product start-ups, she set technical direction, worked collaborative with the senior leadership team, and presented to the corporate board. Before working at the start-up companies, Victoria managed a software consulting organization that worked with clients at many of the major Canadian banks and Telecoms. With over 25 years in software development and leadership, Victoria has led numerous teams to innovate and develop leading-edge software solutions.

Her leadership experience enables her to create dynamic, nimble, and energetic organizations. Victoria believes executive coaching to be highly effective in organizational transformation, and that organizational cultures can shift toward changes that empower, enliven and deliver great results. In her coaching with individuals and organizations, Victoria adds a unique dimension through her passion for and expertise in the creative process and design thinking.

A calm presence, evidence-based research, and years of accumulated business skills enable Victoria to broach powerful and impactful questions with her clients. Her light-hearted humour, grace and compassion foster a relaxed and open learning environment while addressing challenging issues. Victoria’s clients are empowered by her fierce commitment to their growth and success. 

Victoria was also instrumental in establishing a not-for-profit, charitable organization that mentors pre-teen kids to achieve their fullest potential. Victoria is a graduate of computer science from the University of Waterloo. A Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaches Federation for the past six years, she also holds a Certificate of Executive Coaching Royal Roads University (2012) and is a graduate of the Ivey LIFT Advanced Coaching Certification Program (2020).
