Program Content

The Women in Leadership program is designed to develop leadership impact by exploring how influence, authority, and authenticity aid in achieving personal and organizational goals.

In this program, women executives will learn together, share experiences, and discuss elements of leadership that may be difficult to explore in a typical work setting. We will discuss insights around gender, diversity, and inclusion and implications for leadership, yourself, and your organization. We will explore the systems and organizational culture that create these leadership issues, and share the tools needed to shift these mechanisms in order to empower women and affect change.

By the end of the program, you’ll understand your unique leadership strengths and how to leverage for greater influence, and feel empowered to progress into more senior leadership positions with authenticity.
