Mindful Leadership Training
The best leaders are focused, creative, and calm. Mindfulness meditation improves concentration, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence. We’ve developed scientifically validated, self-paced online training programs to teach mindful leadership skills and introduce ways to integrate mindfulness into everyday activities.

We make it easy to practice mindfulness throughout your day by offering the following features:
- Log in from your computer or smartphone anywhere, anytime
- Work through each weekly module in 15 to 20 minutes at your own pace
- Choose a four-week or eight-week program
We also offer workshops and training that can be customized to your organization’s needs. Topics include increasing resilience to stress, enhancing innovation, building safety culture, and mindful communication. Training can be one hour to a full day. We also offer select in-person facilitation of our four- and eight-week programs.
