Prior to founding Founders Circle Capital LLC, Chris was a co-founder and Managing Director of Panorama where he focused primarily on mobile and internet technology investments. Chris was also a General Partner at JP Morgan Partners, co-heading the technology venture capital practice where he led investments including Reflectivity (acquired by Texas Instruments), Greenfield Networks (acquired by Cisco), Valere Power (acquired by Eltek), and Belair (acquired by Ericsson). Chris also helped grow four startups, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer for Digital Island (acquired by Cable & Wireless in 2001). Previously, Chris held corporate development roles at Newbridge Networks, Inc. where he led its corporate venture fund, investing in companies including Juniper Networks, Cambrian Systems (acquired by Nortel), Abatis Systems (acquired by Redback Networks), Fastlane (acquired by Quest Software), BNI Systems (acquired by Nortel), and PixStream (acquired by Cisco Systems). Chris believes strongly in building community to support entrepreneurs, co-founding C100, a non-profit, member-driven organization dedicated to supporting Canadian technology entrepreneurship and investment. C100 is comprised of a select group of Canadians based primarily in Silicon Valley, including executives of leading technology companies, experienced startup entrepreneurs and venture capital investors. C100 Charter Members include startups CEOs, top executives of companies such as Apple, Cisco, EA, eBay, Facebook, Google, Microsoft and Oracle, and venture investors representing more than $8 billion in capital. Chris is also an advisor to Partners for Growth, Founder Labs, Startup Canada, BDC, SF Big and Grow Labs. Chris graduated from Western University with an MBA and Bachelor's degrees from the Ivey Business School.
