Based in New York City, Matt is the Head of Higher Education at Amazon, where he direct sales, marketing, product, tech, and customer service functions, and invents new ways to serve Education customers by taking product ideas from concept to first customer to scale. With a decade of experience driving consecutive double-digit annual growth in sales, marketing, and technology product development leadership positions, Matt has helped take Amazon Business to $10b in revenue after just a few years with millions of registered business customers.
Matt was previously Executive Director of Digital Platform marketing for McGraw-Hill Education, a leading global provider of educational materials, information and solutions headquartered in New York City.
Matt holds a B.A.H. in History from Queen's University and an MBA with honours from the Ivey Business School where he served as Vice President of the Ivey MBA Association. He was the President of the New York City Ivey Alumni Network Chapter for six years and volunteers actively as a high-school student mentor with iMentor.org.
