Working mom life is like living in a pressure cooker. And it’s never been harder.

Here is your opportunity to lighten your load, and feel the relief of literally shedding baggage that gets in the way of you feeling like you’re crushing it as a working woman and mom.

The Women of Ivey Network is pleased to partner with Hacking Sophia to deliver a bite-sized, immersive experience that’s focused on subtracting “The Supposed To’s” - those invisible, externally imposed pressures that drain energy, add to your mental load and waste precious time.

Hacking Sophia Co-Founders Janet Winkler, HBA ’82 and Katie Diamond, will illuminate what isn’t seen and provide simple tools to help you identify and successfully eliminate the baggage that isn’t serving you anymore. And you’ll share in this effortless, interactive experience with other working moms under similar pressure.
