A Career Empowerment Program Presented by the Women of Ivey Network
Are you ready to take your career to the next level of leadership influence and impact in a way that is aligned with your purpose? The Women of Ivey Network has partnered with Executive Brand Coach, Jacqueline Foley, on a program designed to empower women leaders and managers to define and achieve career success on their own terms. The next cohort starts October 3, 2023. To learn more, read testimonials from past participants and apply, go to https://www.jacquelinefoley.com/ivey-program.
Hear from Women of Ivey Network Chair, Inka Skinner, EMBA '16, to learn about the impact the program had on her leadership.
The women I coach are anywhere from 15 to 30 years into their career, but the issues are almost always the same. These include not feeling recognized or properly rewarded for their contributions, being passed over for promotions, having difficulty creating an impact at the leadership table, lacking visibility with the right people, and struggling with balancing work and personal responsibilities. And, more recently, I am seeing a lot of women who are looking to find more meaning in their work.
This program is an interactive group coaching program that brings together a small cohort of women alumnae who share many of these challenges. Over 10 weeks, participants will be guided to envision their career objectives and aspirations, connect with their purpose and uncover the unique value they offer – and then explore how to align those things with how they show up every day.
We’ll also cover practical strategies like how to increase visibility and credibility, build allies inside and outside our organizations, as well as how to ask for what we need and what we’re worth. And there will be lots of opportunities for Ivey alumnae to network and connect with each other so they can build support and community.
This program is designed for female Ivey grads with more than 15 years of work experience who are looking for more from their careers – more meaning, more growth, more impact, and more recognition and reward.
As a trained executive coach, I draw on 25+ years as a senior marketing leader and brand specialist for top Canadian companies, where I advised senior leaders on how to increase their credibility, visibility and influence. This includes a decade as a C-level leader at a global executive search firm focused on executive recruitment and selection, career transition and leadership development. I am also an experienced facilitator and presenter – having produced 100+ successful corporate events for business leaders across North America and Europe.
Yes! Don’t let fatigue or burnout keep you from having a career that’s truly fulfilling. In my coaching I see a lot of women with self-limiting beliefs about what they have control over and what they can achieve for themselves. But when we dig deep and reconnect with who we are and what we want, we can start envisioning a better path forward.
