The Pierre L. Morrissette for Entrepreneurship will be hosting half-day sales workshop with Ivey lecturer and entrepreneur, Eric Janssen, HBA ’09 on March 22, 2019, from 1-5 p.m. at the Ivey Business School.
Sales is a transferable life skill and this workshop will help:
- pitch your story to recruiters;
- start thinking on your feet;
- clearly express your ideas to colleagues and managers;
- use persuasive language;
- write the perfect cold email;
- get more comfortable talking to strangers on the phone;
- negotiate;
- think creatively;
- work with a dynamic team;
- synthesize information effectively.
Food and refreshments will be provided. This session is open to all students across Western University.
