The 14th edition of QuantumShift™ concluded on May 12, 2017 with another group of exceptional high-growth entrepreneurs. With the latest edition, the program has worked with 579 business leaders who employ over 185,000 people across Canada and around the world.

Each year, QuantumShift™ challenges forty of Canada's most promising entrepreneurs to improve their leadership style, inspire their business partners and maximize their growth opportunities. Candidates are nominated through KPMG Enterprise and participants are selected by the Ivey Business School's Pierre L. Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship.

“It's widely recognized that entrepreneurs are the backbone of Canada’s changing economy. However, few programs exist to develop the next generation of business leaders. QuantumShiftTM assembles Canada's experienced business leaders for an intense 5-day program covering strategy, innovation, people and culture. I am honoured to have been a part of this program, and recommend it to other Canadian entrepreneurs who are eager to be challenged personally and help their companies become an important part of the Canadian business landscape.” David Ciccarelli, QS ’17

The program’s success has led to the inception of two spin-off Executive Education Programs at the Ivey Business School: a family business program (FamilyShift) and a not for profit program (CommunityShift). Furthermore, the brand’s legacy of success is now being franchised through the University of Michigan for US-based entrepreneurs.
