Introducing The Ivey Academy

As we move into 2018, we recognize the world around us is changing, and so are we. Today’s rapidly changing business environment requires new skills, approaches, and processes. Our clients are asking for help in meeting these needs through services found outside the traditionally defined boundaries of executive education. In recognition of this fact, we are expanding our core business to provide a broader range of learning and development offerings. Our vision is to become the home for learning and development in Canada. We are changing our name to reflect this progression.

The Ivey Academy will address the evolving needs of our clients and partners while still maintaining the deep experiential learning and cases that are central to the Ivey approach to learning.

The Ivey Academy is a place where professionals will come to get better. A place where old habits will be identified through introspection and objective feedback – and then broken with exposure to new ways of addressing problems. New habits will be established through practice – and then reinforced with application, ongoing coaching and peer support.

Stay tuned for more announcements planned for later in the year as we keep you apprised of our progress. Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our blog for content relevant to you and your career, program news, and general updates. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-948-8548 or info@iveyacademy.ca.

The Ivey Academy is ranked as one of the top Executive Education providers globally by Financial Times. The Open-Enrolment portfolio comprises 19 programs focused on core leadership, business acumen, and industry-specific skills. Open programs are typically three days to three weeks in length, and are held at both our Toronto and London campuses. Our Custom Academy business unit works with corporations, governments, and other NGOs and non-profits to design and execute development and training programs tailored to the client’s specific needs. Custom Academy programs are typically multi-cohort, multi-year endeavours, supporting executive, HR and L&D objectives, and run either at our Toronto and London campuses or globally based on client preference. All Ivey Academy programs are deeply experiential in nature, concentrating as much on behaviour change as knowledge transfer.
