Matthew A . Wong is an Adjunct Research Professor at the Ivey Business School. He specializes in entrepreneurship and small business management, focusing on organizational culture. His work on entrepreneurial culture has been presented at the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference and the Academy of Management.
