Career Advisor, Student Coaching Team

Career Management, Ivey Business School

In the role of the Career Advisor, the individual will work with other members of the Student Coaching team to develop and deliver an integrated suite of Career Management (CM) services and programming. This work is focused on helping HBA and MSc students create and implement a personal career strategy which can best position them to achieve success in securing their summer internships and first career roles following graduation from Ivey. The Career Advisor also works closely with the CM Client Relations team to understand the needs of Ivey’s Corporate Partners and serves as a bridge between students and our recruiter stakeholders.

MBA Career Advisor (Management Consulting Portfolio)

The role of the Career Advisor (CA) is focused on performance management coaching to our MBA students. In addition to strong performance coaching, this position will need to be proactive in recommending relevant programming critical to delivery of the MBA Career Management curriculum as well as manage relationships with the broader school and student population.

Project Coordinator, Learning Innovation Initiative

The Learning Innovation Initiative, Ivey Business School

To project manage and in various other ways contribute to a portfolio of projects within a new Learning Innovation Initiative, which has been created to renew and extend Ivey’s leadership and reputation for learning innovations, especially technology-mediated innovations. Ivey was one of the first schools to offer a technology-supported EMBA, which made it an early leader in learning innovation. This initiative aims to leverage and extend this tradition into a range of future learning possibilities.

Data & Systems Coordinator

To monitor and ensure the quality of data in systems used at Ivey Publishing. To produce and update reports for statistical and information purposes. To establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners (suppliers and distributors), and manage incoming and outgoing data. Director, Facilities Management

Facilities Management, Ivey Business School

Reporting to the Acting CFO, the Director of Facilities Management directs the facilities management operations of the Ivey Business School and its other campuses. The Director oversees the delivery of essential facility renovations, repairs and maintenance, preventative maintenance, and building services. The Director of Facilities Management works closely with Western Facilities Management and Facilities Engineering to develop priorities for necessary repairs and preventive maintenance of the main Ivey building and the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre.

Increase external sales revenue and market share for Ivey Publishing products, and acquire new cases from new and current non-Ivey authors through in-person visits, email correspondence, online sales activities, email campaigns, telephone calls, customer service, conference and workshop attendance.

Alumni Relations Associate, Recent Alumni Program

Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive and multi-faceted strategy to engage current students and alumni within their first ten years of graduation and to build awareness of the Ivey Alumni Network within this community. The Alumni Relations Associate will play a critical role in managing relationships with members of the alumni, student, faculty and staff communities.
