In the role of the Career Advisor (CA), the individual will work within the Student Coaching team to develop and deliver an integrated suite of Career Management (CM) programming. This work is focused on helping HBA and MSc students create and implement an individualized career strategy which can position them to achieve success in securing either summer or full-time roles. This position will also collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to develop relevant and timely programming that takes into account student feedback and firm insights around student performance.

Provide advice, support, consulting and troubleshooting activities for desktop, mobile computing, network and audio/visual systems at Ivey to ensure that Faculty, Staff, Students and clients have the means and the support to use Ivey’s network computing facilities successfully. Evaluate and troubleshoot hardware problems. Replace, repair, deploy and update computer and audio/visual hardware with a high degree of reliability and efficiency. Perform research into technical issues. Collaborate with other IT Staff, Students, Faculty, Clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to solve problems. Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude at all times, meet or exceed deadlines. Maintain the security of accounts, permissions, and access to network resources.

Publishing Coordinator

Ivey Publishing, Richard Ivey School of Business Foundation

Publish high quality cases, teaching notes, and supplemental materials, which will include formatting and editing items according to standard guidelines provided. Provide excellent customer service to non-Ivey faculty, Ivey faculty, staff, and case writers. Work with contracted editors in obtaining edited material in a timely and accurate fashion, and complete edits as approved by authors.
