In the role of the Career Advisor (CA), the individual will work within the Student Coaching team to develop and deliver an integrated suite of Career Management (CM) programming. This work is focused on helping HBA and MSc students create and implement an individualized career strategy which can position them to achieve success in securing either summer or full-time roles. This position will also collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to develop relevant and timely programming that takes into account student feedback and firm insights around student performance.
To monitor and ensure the quality of data in systems used at Ivey Publishing. To produce and update reports for statistical and information purposes. To establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners (suppliers and distributors), and manage incoming and outgoing data. To assist the Manager, Business Systems in maintaining and creating forms, reports, and ensuring database access.
Reporting to the Acting CFO, the Director of Facilities Management directs the facilities management operations of the Ivey Business School and its other campuses. The Director oversees the delivery of essential facility renovations, repairs and maintenance, preventative maintenance, and building services. The Director of Facilities Management works closely with Western Facilities Management and Facilities Engineering to develop priorities for necessary repairs and preventive maintenance of the main Ivey building and the Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre.

The Publisher’s Representative is an experienced relationship manager who is highly motivated by and committed to taking excellent care of current customers, while building relationships to create new customers.
Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive and multi-faceted strategy to engage current students and alumni within their first ten years of graduation and to build awareness of the Ivey Alumni Network within this community. The Alumni Relations Associate will play a critical role in managing relationships with members of the alumni, student, faculty and staff communities.
The Salesforce Administrator will provide administration and user support for the Salesforce application at Ivey. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring Salesforce and partnering with the various departments throughout the school to improve operational efficiency and deliver a positive customer experience.
Reporting to the Dean, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for fostering a culture that attracts, motivates and retains the School’s human capital. This includes guiding and supporting Ivey Business School on a broad range of human resources matters. He/she will work with the leaders of the School to consistently provide the support, guidance and resources necessary to create a great work environment for all employees.
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) reports to the Dean and serves as a member of the School’s Executive Committee. The CAO will provide advice and counsel to the Dean, Associate Deans, and other administrators in the School on a wide range of issues.
