Dan is and has served as Chair and a board member of publicly traded corporations, and committee tenure across healthcare, municipal affairs, law enforcement, athletics, not-for profits, universities, and colleges.

Honored by the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA) with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, paying tribute to community leaders whose endeavors have set them apart as technology innovators, and recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal for public service.
