Profile

Cheryl Munro-Sharpe is the Senior Vice President, Operations and Customer Service for Canada Life’s (CL) Individual Customer organization. She is responsible for 1500 staff coast to coast who service Wealth and Insurance products for Canada Life and Quadrus Investments Services Ltd. She heads a team whose aim is to consistently deliver best-in-class customer experiences, quickly and efficiently resolve customer concerns, and build and implement best practices and processes across all operations teams. She joined the company in 1988 after graduating from Western University in 1987. She is an advocate for continuous learning. She obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1993, Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation in 1996, Partners, Directors and Senior Officers course from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2004 and recently obtained her green belt in Lean Six Sigma focusing on process improvement.
