Why did you decide to do an MBA?

I decided to pursue an MBA to increase my skillset and business acumen and pivot into the consulting industry. Ivey quickly stood out for me as a perfect fit given its case based teaching method and orientation towards class discussion.

What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?

I learned that when asking for help people are far more generous that you would ever expect. Even with tight timelines and personal commitments all of my classmates are willing to lend a helping hand. You just have to ask.

What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?

How fast-paced it is. There's no shortage of activities and events to attend.

What is your biggest professional accomplishment?

I have been fortunate enough to work in 3 different countries and having being able to forge strong relationships throughout all of those experiences has made my professional journey all the more rewarding.

How do you manage stress (i.e. sports, exercise, meditation etc.)?

To clear my head and energize myself I enjoy lacing up my running shoes and going for a jog. London has amazing trails and there's no lack of choices when picking a route for the day.

Any additional info you might want to share (interesting facts, special hobbies etc.)

Back in 2016 I hiked the Camino de Santiago from St Jean Pied de Port (a little town on the Spain-France border) to Cape Finisterre in western Spain. I walked over 800km in 30 days and was fascinated by the experience.
