About the Event

Many organizations make well-intended changes to their policies and processes to improve their culture. The working assumption is that the desired behaviour changes will follow. More often than not, they don't. Steve Jacobs, author of The Behavior Breakthrough: Leading Your Organization to a New Competitive Advantage, will describe scalable, science-based approaches that notable companies are using to reshape their cultures and go well beyond what they have accomplished in the past. Whether you are the leader of a team, department or division, or even starting your own business, you will find value in learning the secrets to building a company culture that is innovative, high-performing and accountable.

Topics You Will Explore

  • How behavioural leadership can enhance performance in organizations – even those that are at the top of their game;
  • The science behind the behaviour <–> results  connection;
  • The seven essential steps that leading companies are using to build their cultures for competitive advantage;
  • Tips that you can apply immediately in your own organization.
