Why failure isn't always a bad thing

Thinking of failure as a bad thing is in the past.

A generation ago, managers were expected to be infallible, says Professor Gerard Seijts. When they did make mistakes, they covered it up or shifted blame, hoping the problem would just go away. Now, in better-managed companies, failure is an accepted part of taking risks.
