Sorena is a PhD Candidate in Business Economics and Public Policy at the Ivey Business School. He is interested in how institutions evolve as they shape and are shaped by economic activity. He studies how corporations integrate their market and non-market capabilities to influence legislation and policy. Sorena also works with the Ivey Energy Policy and Management Centre, where he is involved in studying the investment climate for Canada’s energy sector, as well as investment conditions within Canada’s clean energy technology sector.
