Brenda is a postdoctoral fellow working to expand research on leader character. She received her PhD at the University of Calgary. Her work is in organizational behaviour with an emphasis on character, decision making, authenticity, and self-presentation. She has presented her work at international conferences and has published papers on dysfunctional personality, decision-making (procrastination), and self-monitoring. She has also worked extensively with many organizations such as Alberta Securities Commission, Sabz Consulting, Petroleum Human Resource Council, Calgary AIDS Society, and Construction Owners Association of Alberta.
