I grew up in Mississauga, yet I subjected myself to the terrible 60-minute TTC commute to Toronto for school. One day, I decided to turn that 60-minute commute into a 4-hour walk, and that’s when I fell in love with the city. Since learning about the issues of affordability and food insecurity, my love for the city has developed into a lifelong journey to help develop sustainable cities. This lead me to pursue a dual degree with Urban Development and has guided my research projects. Outside of school, you can find me exploring grocery stores, farmers’markets, and cities!
