Jodi Ohama

Jodi Ohama is a seasoned Coach and Facilitator with over thirty years of leadership experience in consumer-facing industries, particularly in sales and corporate education. Before transitioning to coaching, Jodi was a successful entrepreneur who built an award-winning, multi-location business in the competitive health and beauty industry. Today, she brings her extensive expertise to her private practice and her role with the Ivey Academy, coaching teams and individuals from diverse sectors.

Jodi excels in fostering growth through clarity, reflexivity, and effective communication. She is passionate about developing confident, integrity-based leaders capable of navigating today's complex environments. Known for her compassion and creativity, Jodi is appreciated for her friendly and straightforward approach, with a particular knack for working with multi-generational and diverse organizations.

In addition to her coaching certifications from Essential Impact, Coach Training World, and the Ivey Academy, Jodi is a trained facilitator and holds a certificate in Adult Learning. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Leadership, expected in 2024.
