Julie Fotheringham

Julie Fotheringham is an Executive Coach and Trainer known for her impactful work with C-level leaders, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and managers. She specializes in designing and implementing customized Experiential Leadership Development Programs that focus on cultivating self-awareness, team dynamics, and leadership skills. Julie has facilitated numerous workshops, including "The Power of Liminal Space," "The Key to Effective Teams," and "Introduction to the Enneagram."

With a strong background as an executive leader in both entrepreneurial ventures and Fortune 100 companies in the healthcare and CPG industries, Julie brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges her clients face. She is currently a Partner at HAGEMAN: Executive Coaching & Training, where she has led development programming for influential leaders at organizations such as YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) and Ford of Canada. Julie also co-manages the Pathways Leadership Development Program, an online training initiative that helps medical practice managers transition into Chief Operating Officers.

Julie holds professional coaching certification from the ICF, is an Integrative Enneagram accredited practitioner, and is certified in EQi 2.0 / EQ 360. She earned a BSc (Hons) in Biology from Queen’s University and an MA in Organizational Development & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University.
