This course will help you integrate and implement your EMBA learning in your work. We will focus on three tasks. First, we will learn to identify the specific political dynamics that you need to consider in your organization. Second, we will begin identifying strategies to respond to those political dynamics. Third, we will work on developing your own skills in power and politics. In the course, we will create space for coaching each other and to learn to coach the people that work for us.
