Giving Voice to Leadership (“GVL”) is based on the seminal work of Mary Gentile and has been adopted in universities across the world. It provides students with an opportunity to explore their personal values and capabilities and, more importantly, an opportunity to discover ways of giving these values expression and means of communicating these values in their individual and group commitments and conduct, including leadership opportunities.
