Chris is an accomplished Sales Leader in the space of Consumer-Packaged Goods and Food Manufacturing. With over 25 years of experience and consistent sales results, Chris’s expertise is driving Business Development by creating out of the box sales strategies and recognizing business opportunities in alternate and untapped channels. Finding his niche as a peaceful disruptor Chris gains alignment and leads the collective down an otherwise uncomfortable yet rewarding path. This approach was highlighted in his project management to develop the multicultural channel by importing McCormick China and Philippines to Canada and then leading the company on how to tap into the underdeveloped Quebec grocery market.

Leveraging his strong negotiation and influence skills Chris has been successful in leading hundreds of multinational contracts and agreements generating billions of dollars in sales, all while maintaining a general manager mindset to drive positive and profitable outcomes.

Having the passion to create pathways for future leaders, Chris is known to be centred on the fostering and leading of high performing teams, with a key focus on people development and mentoring. Chris takes great pride in consistently leading his team members into cross functional roles, internal and external job promotions and to winning industry awards. Chris was a 10-year mentor for his company’s Multiple Management Board, a program that focused on cross functional projects, giving non-management employees exposure through both strategic project work and presenting project results to the Board of Directors.
