Samantha has founded multiple companies establishing a track record for building differentiated start-up businesses. Her experience includes acquisitions and initial public offerings domestically and internationally. She is currently Corporate Advisor for Liberty Clothing, a sustainable Canadian fashion brand, while developing her next venture, a pet health platform.

Before forging her own path, Samantha worked for leading global companies including RBC Financial Services, Cardinal Health, Boehringer-Ingelheim and Cancer Care Ontario managing sales teams and developing broad functional experience. Concurrently, she served in the Canadian Forces Reserves earning top candidate status on the Army Combat Leadership Course and promotions to Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, then Officer. In 30-years she has trained thousands of adults, led medical care planning and operations, and initiated new capabilities, including the London Detachment of 23 Field Ambulance (1997).

Since 2011, Samantha has been a board member of St. John Ambulance in Ontario and supported several veteran-oriented organizations. She is the recipient of national awards and commendations for leadership, volunteerism, diversity advocacy, and commemorating veterans.

Samantha holds a Master of Business Administration from Western University, Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing from McMaster University.
