Sarah Carver
Postdoctoral Associate
Sarah is a postdoctoral researcher in the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at the Ivey Business School and is in the process of completing her PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. Her broad research interests involve facilitating healthy, safe workplaces, with a specific focus on leader character and development, workplace mistreatment, and performance management. Sarah has published in the International Journal of Selection and Assessment and has presented her work at various international conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology conventions. Further, Sarah has over two years experience working in the management consulting industry, combining research and practice to provide leaders with science-backed solutions to organizational challenges.
