This year’s Leader Character Conference will focus on the development of leader character. By understanding what it takes to develop and exercise character, leaders are not only better equipped to handle leadership challenges, they are also in a better position to understand what it takes to implement leader character in organizations.
Leaders play a key role in promoting the development of leader character. We will explore how leader character can be brought into the organization through hiring, performance management, and leadership development processes and how leader character can be translated into day-to-day practices in order to build a culture of character within your organization, as well as sustained organizational excellence.
