John Saunders spent more than two decades as a Wall Street Senior Vice President, sales team leader, and award-winning sales executive. He followed his passion for helping others grow and founded a coaching and consulting company, Forward Advisory Solutions. His first book is "The Optimizer, Building, and Leading a Team of Serial Innovators." He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Gerard Seijts is professor of organizational behavior at the Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario. Gerard received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior and human resource management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. He is the co-author of several other books and has award-winning research on leadership and leader character. He's been published in top management journals; and he authored numerous articles in practitioner journals. Gerard has designed and led executive education programs for public, private, and not-for-profit sector organizations globally.

Kimberley Young Milani is the director of the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership at the Ivey Business School at Western University in Ontario. Prior to joining Ivey, she was the director of The Circle Women’s Centre and a founding member and director of the Institute for Women in Leadership, both at Brescia University College, and Western University. Kimberley received her Master's Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She has authored several practitioner articles on leadership, and has conducted public speaking and workshop facilitation on character leadership and women’s leadership in North America.
