Will there be a long goodbye for Leiweke? Ann Peng gives advice for avoiding the lame duck experience

The Toronto Star explored what’s in store for Tim Leiweke as he continues to lead Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment up until his departure in June, 2015. Ivey Assistant Professor Ann Peng said maintaining credibility during this transition period is key.

“During this period, the leader has to be more visible. You have to do more to emphasize that you have set clear goals for the organization and communicate them,” said Peng.
