Unilever shutting down Bramalea plant, Professor Fraser Johnson comments

Professor Fraser Johnson spoke with the Toronto Star about Unilver Canada's announcement that they are closing their Bramalea plant.

Unilever is “competing in a global industry with global brands and it has to be globally cost competitive,” Johnson said. “Organizations don’t tend to make these decisions on a whim.”
