Maryam Mofidian is a PhD student in Information Systems at the Ivey Business School. She is fascinated by the application of novel methodologies and technologies, including Big Data Analytics and AI methods, to boost E-commerce, two-sided platforms, and E-health products. Moreover, Maryam is driven by the concept of digital transformation and the adoption of new digital technologies by organizations, which assist them enhance customer satisfaction and maintain their competitive edge in the rapidly evolving business market.
